Directions

From I-5 going South, take the Disney Way exit (Exit 109B), turn right onto Disney Way, continue forward on Disney Way until you reach Anaheim GardenWalk, then make a left onto Anaheim Gardenwalk to enter the parking structure.
From I-5 going North, take the Katella Ave exit (exit 109), turn left onto E Katella, continue on E Katella on the right lane passing South Clementine St and the parking structure entrance will be on your immediate right.

Parking

The first hour of parking is free for any GardenWalk guest.
House of Blues Retail and Restaurant guests can receive an additional hour of free parking with validation for a total of 2 hours.
Music Hall guests can receive an additional 2 hour validation for a total of 3 hours.

We accept Cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks.

Will Call

Will call orders can be picked up directly at the Box Office. The original purchaser must bring their credit card and a valid form of identification in order to pick up any tickets. Will call tickets are only available for pick-up on the day of the scheduled event.

General Rules

Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without prior artist or venue approval.




Please be aware that the following items are not permitted inside the venue:

• Cameras, GoPros, iPads
• Backpacks, luggage and large/oversized bags or purses
• Selfie sticks
• Helmets
• Pepper spray
• Knives, chains, any other weapons
• Pens, sharpies, pencils, highlighters
• Outside food and drinks
• Animals
• Drugs and alcohol
• Laser pens and pointers
• Handouts, stickers or flyers of any kind
• Other items at management discretion

No Animals (with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs).
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the building.
