We are located at 1805 Geary Blvd. in San Francisco, at the corner of Fillmore & Geary.

Parking

The Fillmore does not have a parking lot. Street parking and several public parking facilities are located nearby. Car break-ins are city-wide problem. Please do not leave any valuables in your car.

Public Transportation
Take the 22 Fillmore MUNI bus to Fillmore at Geary, or the 38 Geary to Geary at Fillmore. Both buses run 24 hours a day. BART connects to the 38 Geary line at Montgomery St. Station.


Box Office Hours

The Fillmore Box Office is open 1/2 hour before doors on show nights until 9pm and every Sunday from 10am to 2pm with no service charge. Third Party Vendors: Be wary of buying tickets from any third party website. The Fillmore has no way of validating or replacing tickets that have been purchased through any website other than ticketmaster.com. We cannot reprint or refund you for an invalid ticket.

Will Call

Will Call opens one half hour before doors and will be available until the show ends. (Some performances will not allow tickets to be transferred to another party in an effort to allow more fans access at the original/face value of ticket prices. These are clearly marked "Will Call Only" events.)


Accessible Seating

The Fillmore is an all General Admission, accessible venue. If you need special attention to personally accommodate your needs, please purchase a General Admission ticket and email the venue directly at thefillmore @livenation.com.

General Rules

The Fillmore is an all General Admission standing ballroom with limited seating options. We have several full bars and a restaurant onsite.
For everyone's safety, guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening, subject to artist and management discretion. Some examples of items that are not allowed include: weapons, sharp or dangerous items, large markers, food, beverages, drugs, wallet chains, signs mace, stickers, flyers or multiples of items intended for resale or distribution, cameras, video/audio recorders, etc. This list is subject to change show by show, or at the performers request.
Please note: The audio recording and camera policy frequently changes based on the preference of the artist. Many performers allow small personal pocket cameras but require a press pass for professional gear. Video is never allowed.
Alcohol: To purchase alcoholic beverages, patrons must present valid government-issued photo identification and be at least 21 years of age. (United States issued ID card/drivers license or passport only. No exceptions.)
Re Entry: There is no reentry once you have been admitted into the venue.


Children Rules

The venue is ages 5 and over (with the exception of designated family matinee shows). From time to time we will present an adult only show designated as 16+ or 18+, please see the More Info section of the particular event. 18+ events will require ID for entry

Miscellaneous

Prohibited Items
The venue prohibits items that may be dangerous to you or others. Some of those items are (but not limited to) Weapons of any kind, alcohol, illegal drugs/substances, glass containers, cans, hard/sided large coolers, large or oversized bags/backpacks (small bags are permitted subject to search), laser pointers, animals (except service animals), and fireworks.
Camera Policy:
Our camera policy defaults to the request of the particular performing artist. Generally phone cameras are permitted and professional gear requires additional advance clearance, but is determined on a show by show basis, some artists will request no photos at all. Videotaping is never permitted.
ATMs:
There is an ATM available in the venue lobby for your convenience.

First Aid:
If you are in need of medical assistance, please alert a staff member as soon as possible.

Restrooms:
Mens and womens restrooms are wheelchair accessible and are located in the lobby. Due to facility limitations, no gender neutral restroom is available.
