Directions

We are located at the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Western Avenue in Koreatown. The Metro Purple Line stops right across the street from the Wiltern and connects with Downtown LA, Union Station, and Metro Red Line (to Hollywood). Metro Purple line operates until midnight on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and 2:00AM on weekends.

Parking

There are several parking lots in the area. The most convenient lot is the Ralph's parking structure located south and east of the theatre on Oxford street. Enter only thru the Northern entrance- not the Ralphs entrance. Parking is generally $20 per car

When is the box office open?
Our box office is open on all show days starting 2 hours prior to the scheduled door time. To purchase tickets online, please visit Wiltern.com. If you're looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled or rescheduled, visit www.livenation.com/refund for more information. Types of Payment Accepted

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, & Google Pay. We do not accept checks. Please note – we are a CASHLESS venue in all areas EXCEPT the box office.

Accessible Seating

Miscellaneous

What is the bag policy?
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, note our Clear Bag Policy:
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
- Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5")

For shows with a General Admission Floor (stand only), access to Level 1 (the area directly in front of the stage) is restricted on a first-come first-served basis. A General Admission ticket does NOT guarantee access to this area. If PIT tickets are sold separately for a show, guests can purchase them through regular channels until they are sold out.

SPECIAL EVENTS
The magnificent interior of The Wiltern evokes a period of elegance and style simply not found anywhere in today's modern venues. The entrance is set back among colorful terrazzo paving, and its art deco design contains decorative tile work along with colorful murals. The most dramatic element of the overall design is the sunburst on the ceiling of the auditorium, with each ray representing its own art deco skyscraper.
