The venue entrance is located at 11 Ottawa Avenue Northwest, on the corner of Ottawa Avenue and Fulton Street in downtown Grand Rapids.From the South
Travel US-131 North.
To access parking facilities south of Fulton Street use the Franklin Street Exit, 83B.
To access parking facilities north of Fulton Street use the Pearly Street Exit, 85B.
From the West
Travel I-96 East to US-131 South.
To access parking facilities north of Fulton Street use the Pearl Street Exit, 85B.
To access parking facilities south of Fulton Street use the Wealthy Street Exit, 84A.
From the East
Travel I-96 West to I-196 West.
To access parking facilities north of Fulton Street use the Ottawa Street Exit, 77C. Follow Ottawa Avenue.
To access parking facilities south of Fulton Street move to the left and lane of I-196 West to merge onto US-131 South, Exit 77B. Use the Wealthy Street Exit, 84A.

The nearest ramps being Louis - Campau Ramp at Monroe and Campau, Ottawa - Fulton Ramp, and Monroe Center Ramp at Ionia and Louis
Monroe Center Ramp offers one hour of free parking to visitors entering prior to 6 p.m.
Parking meters are enforced Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Parking meters on Monroe Center are enforced on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Parking meters are free after 6 p.m. - unless they are marked as enforced. Please note, there are parking meters that do have limited parking (i.e. no parking after 3 p.m.) for Traffic Safety reasons. These meters are also marked.
Scooter parking is free in several downtown locations.

Both levels of the venue are accessible to guests using wheelchairs or other mobility aids, except for the theatre-style seating sections in the Mezzanine level. The best way to secure accessible seating is by purchasing an ADA seat online. Look for the ADA icon in the filters on the ticket purchase screen. Up to one companion seat is allowed. If there are no ADA tickets available, or if you have already purchased tickets that will not meet your needs, please contact the venue ahead of time to request accommodations. We will always do our best to relocate you to a location that meets your needs, based upon available space. • Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue.
• Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection and/or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the building.
• We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.
• You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.
• All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.
• All bags will be searched, no large bags or backpacks will be allowed.
Restricted Items:
(Keep in mind priority number 1 is to HAVE FUN! Just please do it without the items listed below)
• No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
• Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
• No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind
• No outside food or drinks
• No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
• No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
• No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
• No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
• No large bags over (10 x 10), backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags
• No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
• This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management
Zero Tolerance for Drug Use or Possession
• The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun filled night of music and dancing.
