Directions

All roads lead to Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek located in Raleigh's Walnut Creek Park just southeast of Raleigh and just two miles off I-40 and I-440. Many shows attract very large crowds and to avoid traffic delays we advise that you arrive at your designated I-40 / I-440 exit no later than 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours prior to the start of the show.

From the West:
Take I-40 East to Raleigh, Exit #300 - Rock Quarry Road.

From the South and East:
Take I-95 North to I-40 West to Raleigh, Exit #303 - Jones Sausage Road.

From the North and East:
Take US 64 West to Raleigh on to I-440 Inner Beltline (South), Exit #15 - Poole Road.

Parking

There are 9 lots adjacent to amphitheatre.

A parking fee is included in the price of each ticket. There is no payment for parking when you arrive at Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek.

Premier parking, close to the gates, is available for $30 per car.

RV's and oversized vehicle parking is available for $60 per vehicle.

**Accessible parking with a government issued placard/hangtag/plate does not require the customer to also purchase the premier parking upgrade.**

Parking lots generally will open 1 hours prior to show time. Please call our administrative office for exact time.

Tailgating / Alcohol in the Parking Lot
-There is a City of Raleigh open container ordinance that is in effect in all parking lots.
-This City ordinance specifically prohibits open containers of beer or wine.
-The State of North Carolina laws also restrict open consumption of liquor of any kind.
-Officers from the Raleigh Police Department, Wake County and State of North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Commissions regularly patrol parking lots.
-Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek welcomes fans who want to picnic before shows; however, cars must occupy only one parking space. Grills are not permitted on sidewalks, in roadways, near buildings or in any area where guests or property may be damaged.
-Glass bottles are also discouraged.
-Beer, wine, and mixed drinks are served inside venue with proper I.D.
-Please always drink responsibly and appoint a designated driver.

We want you to bring everything you need to make your visit to Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek the best. The items below may vary from show to show, but this listing can be useful as a general guide. If a certain item (listed or unlisted) is essential to your concert enjoyment, please call our administrative offices at 919-831-6400 on the show day for specific information on the show you plan to attend. Our list of items to bring or not bring are designed to be fair to everyone and meet a combination of safety goals including providing smooth access into the venue when we have large crowds. Our goal as your host is to provide an atmosphere that allows for the maximum enjoyment of the entire audience and we apologize in advance if some restrictions may cause you any inconvenience.

WHAT TO BRING:
-clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger then 12in x 6in x 12in and/or small clutch bags(4.5in x 6.5in)
-Blankets
-Binoculars
-Seat Cushions
-Ponchos or Rain Jackets
-Umbrellas (small tote size only please)
-Water: One sealed bottle of water allowed per patron.
-Food in a clear 1-gallon sized Ziploc type plastic bag
-Strollers. Please note that strollers are welcome through the gates and on the lawn but cannot be taken into the reserved seating area. Fans may check them at our Guest Service Booths.
-Small camping or lawn chairs with no leg or roof attachments


Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.

Arrive at the gates with NO BAGS of any kind and head into the show quickly via our "No Bags Express Lanes" located at the Main Gate! The No Bag Express Lane is located to the LEFT of the Main gates.

Children Rules

Kids Under 2:
-Children under the age of 2 years will be admitted free to all events as long as they sit in the Adult patrons lap and do not utilize an additional seat.
-This policy applies to both the lawn seating area and the reserved seating areas.
