Parking

Premier Parking is available for purchase in advance or on the day of the show (subject to availability) for most events. The Premier Parking lot is located at the main entrance to the venue at 61 Savitt Way.

A Premier Parking hang tag is required for entry to the Premier Parking lot. Hang tags are available for purchase in advance or on the day of the show (subject to availability) for most events.

Oversized vehicle parking is extremely limited and is sold first come first served and normally sells out on each event.

Purchase in advance by adding Premier Parking to your ticket purchase when buying on LiveNation.com. Hang tags will be mailed by the venue no later than 10 days prior to the event.
Premier Parking may also be purchased in advance at the Toyota Presents Oakdale Theatre Box Office in Wallingford, CT.

Day of show purchases can be made at the entrance to the Premier lot - subject to availability. Rates vary according to the event and type of vehicle. Cash or credit card is accepted.

ADA Accessible parking is located within the Premier Parking lot adjacent to the main gates. In an effort to provide ADA Accessible parking to our guests who need it, we require guests to display a valid ADA Accessible hangtag or license plate. ADA parking is available on a first come first served basis.

Will Call

Will Call is distributed from designated windows at the Box Office which is at the main entrance to the facility.
Patrons will be asked to present their picture ID and the credit card used to make the purchase. Patrons are not permitted to leave tickets at Will Call for another party - please plan accordingly.



Accessible Seating

Seating for the disabled is available throughout the facility including lawn area. All wheelchair locations can be accessed via ramps. Adjacent companion seating is available subject to availability.


General Rules

ALL EVENTS ARE RAIN OR SHINE. There are no cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather.
Re-entry to the facility is not permitted.

The XFINITY Theatre is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited in the pavilion and all covered areas.

All patrons are subject to search prior to entering the facility gates including the use of metal detectors.

Patrons are permitted to bring outside food into the venue. Food must be in a gallon size plastic bag. Patrons are allowed to bring in one factory sealed bottle of water, up to one liter in volume (subject to artist approval).

The following items are NOT permitted - Alcohol, drugs, fireworks, weapons of any type, signs or banners, coolers, glass containers, laser pointers, selfie sticks, animals (with the exception of service dogs), or backpacks.

Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Selfie sticks are not permitted in the venue.

The following items MAY BE prohibited depending on the event, expected attendance or artist request:
Small lawn chairs not exceeding 9" in height, blankets and umbrellas. When umbrellas are permitted they cannot be pointed.

Specially designed lawn chairs are available for rent for a nominal fee.



Children Rules

Unless otherwise specified, all patrons 2 years of age and older require a ticket. Management is not responsible for artistic content and therefore we ask that parents use their discretion when deciding whether to purchase tickets for children.


Miscellaneous

Concessions :
We offer a variety of food items at our concessions stands. Traditional event fare is offered as well as specialty items depending on the event.
Alcoholic beverages are served including a variety of beers and specialty drinks.
Concessions stands accept cash & major credit cards. ATMs are available once inside the facility.
Merchandise stands (t-shirts, programs and novelties) accept cash and major credit cards.

To purchase or consume alcoholic beverages, you must be at least 21 years of age and posses a valid photo drivers license, military photo ID or passport. Patrons who pass off alcoholic beverages to a minor are subject to ejection and prosecution. Minors accepting alcoholic beverages from another patron are also subject to ejection and prosecution.

Seating located in the covered pavilion is generally sold as reserved.
The lawn accommodates up to 18,000 people and is sold as General Admission. The lower pavilion is comprised of 26 rows. Sections 100 and 300 begin with row A. Section 200 is the centermost section and has 3 additional rows closest to the stage. Mid and Rear pavilion sections are numbered 400 through 800 and are comprised of 27 additional rows. Double lettered rows are mid-pavilion sections and triple letter rows are rear pavilion.

For events with a General Admission Pit the rows closest to the stage are removed.

Please remember that all XFINITY Theatre events are rain or shine.
Your ticket is your entry to the venue and should be protected from damage in order to prevent delays on show day. Ticketfast print at home tickets should only be printed when the ink cartridge is working properly and should be protected from damage such as rain or other liquid. Excessive folding or tearing of your ticket may also delay entry at the gates.
