Directions

The Oakdale Theatre is located at 95 South Turnpike Road in Wallingford, CT and is easily accessible from I-91 or the Wilbur Cross Parkway. We are approximately 30 minutes from Hartford or 20 minutes from New Haven. Please plan to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to the show to ensure that you are seated on time.

From the North or South:
Traveling North on I-95 proceed to New Haven, take exit 48 for I-91. From I-91 North or South take exit 13. At end of ramp take left and get in far right lane. At first traffic light take right onto Toelles Road. Follow to end and take a right onto Hartford Turnpike Road. We are 1.5 miles on the left.
From the Wilbur Cross Parkway North or South take exit 64. At the end of the ramp, take a left onto Hartford Turnpike Road. We are one mile up on the right.

From the East or West:
Traveling East or West on I-84 take exit 27 for I-691 East. From I-691 take exit 10 for route 15 South - Wilbur Cross Parkway. Take exit 64. At end of ramp take a left onto Hartford Turnpike Road. We are one mile on the right.

Traveling North or South on route 10, proceed to Cheshire. Turn onto Cook Hill Road traveling east. The route 10/Cook Hill Road intersection is located near the Cheshire Nurseries. Follow Cook Hill to the end. Take right onto Hartford Turnpike Road. We are 200 yards up on the right.

Parking

All parking is on site. General parking is included in the price of your ticket. Premier parking is located in the lot closest to the main entrance of the facility for an additional charge and may be purchased in advance at all points of sale. Premier parking may also be purchased just prior to show time at the entrance to the lot. Sales are cash only and are subject to availability.

Parking for the disabled is located in the spaces directly in front of the theater for no additional charge and is available to patrons who possess a handicapped parking sticker, hang tag or license plate.

Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. Credit cards will only be accepted from the account holder and picture ID is required. NO CHECKS OR SECOND PARTY CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.Concessions stands accept cash only..

Will Call

Will Call is open during regular business hours and on event nights. Any unclaimed Will Call will be brought to the Administrative Offices for latecomers. Picture ID is required for all Will Call. The box office will not accept tickets to be left at Will Call. Please plan accordingly.

Accessible Seating

Theater and all facilities are fully ADA accessible. Elevator access to all levels of the facility. Special seating is available for patrons with mobility impairments, visual impairments and hearing impairments. Infra-red hearing devices are available for all shows free of charge (ID required) at the Administrative offices.

General Rules

There is no dress code however shirts and shoes are required. This is a non-smoking facility. A smoking area is located outside of the lobby for attendees.

Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.

No laser pointers, weapons, large bags. No outside food or beverages are permitted into the facility.

Concessions :
The theater offers a variety of concessions items. Traditional fare is available at our concessions stands. A full bar is offered as well as beer and wine for adults 21 years and older. Picture ID is required for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Concessions items are cash only.

Children Rules

Oakdale Theatre offers a wide variety of programming. Parents and guardians are urged to contact the box office for information on a specific show. For most events, children who have reached their second birthday must have a ticket and occupy their own seat.
The availability of discounts for children is also event specific. Please ask at the time of purchase since we are not able to refund all or part of your purchase price.

Most events are reserved seating. A seating diagram is available online at www.livenation.com by searching the Oakdale Theatre.

All 100 and 200 sections are located on the main level of the facility and are labeled "Orchestra". The 2nd level of the facility is comprised of the Loge and Balcony 300 sections.

For theater events with a General Admission Pit, the front rows of the theatre are removed. With a maximum pit capacity, the first sellable row is row N of sections 100, 101, 102, 103 and 104.

Events held in the Dome at The Oakdale are general admission/standing room only.

Please plan on arriving at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the event. Late seating is at the discretion of the artist and management.
