Directions

Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre is located west of downtown Phoenix, off Interstate 10. Exit off I-10 at 75th, 83rd ave or the HOV 79th. Turn right/north; the venue is approximately 1/2 mile north of Interstate 10 between 79th and 83rd Avenues.

Parking

Premier Parking can be purchased when you purchase your concert tickets or on event day through Gate #6. Premier parking is sold online and at the entrance to the Premier parking lot.
For Premier Parking, enter Gate 7 on 79th Ave.
For General Parking, enter Gate 1 on 83rd Ave or Gate 8 on 79th Ave.
For ADA Parking, enter Gates 3 or 6 on Encanto Blvd.
Uber pickup and drop off is located through the West Gates. Uber's will pick you up through Gate 2. There is a Uber pick up zone located directly in front of the West Gates. Have the Uber attendants help you get your Uber!

Types of Payment Accepted

Cashless payments: All points of sales will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). The box office will only accept credit or debit.

Will Call

ALL WILL CALL (Band / Media / Radio Station / Ticketmaster) will be located at the WEST Box Office ONLY! The West Box Office is located closer to the 83rd Ave. entrance

Please have a PHOTO ID, the CREDIT CARD the tickets were purchased on, and your CONFIRMATION number.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available in Sections 100,201,202,203,204 & 205. The companion seats are bolted down seats. The wheelchair seats are just a space where a wheelchair may be placed.

Limited Mobility seating is available in Sections 101,203,205, & 304. These seats are located near an aisle.

Sight and Hearing impaired seating is also available.

General Rules

o Clear bags, clear backpacks, and clear totes no larger than 12x6x12
o Small, non-clear bags must be no bigger than the palm of your hand or 4x6
o Fannypacks

o Cameras - nonprofessional only, NO detachable lenses
o Sunscreen / Bug Spray
o Water - up to 1 gallon in a factory sealed or empty bottle. Hydroflasks are allowed, must be emptied upon arrival
o Personal Misting Fans - emptied
o E-Cigarettes & Vape Pens (only to be used in Lawn & Plaza areas)

Miscellaneous

All shows are RAIN OR SHINE. This is an outside amphitheater with a cover over most of the 100 and 200 level seating. All seats are subject to weather conditions.

Smoking is not allowed in the seating or lawn. A designated smoking section is located in both the East and West plazas.

A full concession menu is available on site. Beer, Wine, and other specialty cocktails are available with proper ID.
