Directions

From the New Jersey Turnpike: Get off at Exit 4 and proceed onto Route 73N. Go 1/2 mile to Rte. 295S. See signs for Ben Franklin Bridge - Rte 676. Take Rte 676 to Exit 4 Atlantic Avenue or Exit 5A (Mickle Blvd/Martin Luther King Blvd.). Follow signs to Camden Waterfront & the venue.

From the Atlantic City Expressway: Take the exit for I-676 and follow directions westbound.

From the Garden State Parkway: (1) Take GSP to AC Expressway.
(2) Take I-195W and then south on NJ Turnpike to Exit 4.

From Pennsylvania: (1) From points south: I-95N to Philly, follow signs for I-676E and Ben Franklin Bridge/Camden. (2) From points north: I-95S to Philly, use Historic Area exit (2nd & Callowhill Sts). Follow Callowhill to 6th St and see signs for Ben Franklin Bridge/I-676.

Parking

Lots are located at or near facility.
Parking prices vary per lot. All lots have accessible sections with Lot 1—directly across from the venue—being the closest to the building; as you proceed toward the venue, let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking, and they will direct you. Payment may be made via credit card only.

As an alternative to driving, you may want to take the Riverlink Ferry or NJ Transit's Riverline to the Camden Waterfront.
The Riverlink Ferry has extended hours for most The BB&T Pavilion (Formerly Susquehanna) concert events. Extended operating schedule begins 2 hours prior to the concert. Ferry runs for about 1/2 after the end of the concert back to Penn's Landing. Box Office Hours

The box office is open for ticket purchases on Fridays only, from 10:00am-3:00pm. Tickets purchased at the box office will be delivered digitally.

Will Call purchases are available for pickup on DAY OF SHOW only. To pick up will call you need the credit card used to purchase the tickets plus photo identification and Ticketmaster confirmation number.

Same Day Orders: Up to 3pm Day of Show through Ticketmaster website, or may be purchased at Facility Box Office.

Accessible Seating

For accessible seats in the reserved seating area, toggle on the wheelchair icon under filters to view and purchase. For lawn, purchase any lawn ticket; the lawn is accessible via the ramp.

General Rules

We are a cashless facility accepting credit or debit cards only; for your convenience, cash may be converted to a card at a kiosk inside the venue; this card may be used inside or outside the facility.
For your safety and convenience, we are no longer allowing lawn chairs to be brought into the venue.
For most shows, one sealed bottle of water is permitted ( one liter or less).

Camera Policy:

Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.

Bags smaller than 6x9 are permitted; bags over 6x9 and up to 12x12x6 totes are allowed but must be clear. Bags over 12x12x6 are not permitted. All bags are subject to search. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

Children Rules

Concerts: Children under 2 years are free if they sit on a parent's lap. Family shows: all children over 1 year old need a ticket.
