From the Kings Highway (Business 17) or Bypass 17 South:
Proceed north through Myrtle Beach, Restaurant Row and the Briarcliff area until you enter the North Myrtle Beach/Barefoot Landing area. Turn left at the second set of stop lights (at 48th St. S.) and continue through the parking lot until just before the Alabama Theater, at which point you will veer to the right to the House of Blues parking area.

From N. Myrtle Beach or Highway 17 North:
Proceed south through N. Myrtle Beach until you reach the Barefoot Landing area. Turn right at the second set of stop lights (48th St. S.) and continue through the parking lot until just before the Alabama Theater, at which point you will veer to the right into the House of Blues parking area.

Parking

Approximately 600 spaces available free of charge immediately adjacent to the venue, plus available parking in the Barefoot Landing area around the venue. There are 10 accessible spaces available just to the left of the main entrance.

Available at the Ticket Office, beginning at 11am on the day of the show and up until a half hour before the show is over.

Will call ticket can only be picked up by the cardholder. Customer must present the actual Credit Card used for the purchase, their Photo ID and confirmation number in order to receive tickets.

Accessible Seating

This venue is wheelchair accessible.

Those in need of Accessible Seating need to first purchase a General Admission Ticket, then arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to doors to reserve accommodations through our Security Team. Special seating accommodations can also be made prior to arrival. Please contact the Box Office at 843-272-3000.

Elevator Access: Convenient elevator access to 2nd level.

General Rules

Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.

No weapons, pocket knives, drugs, laser pointers, or any hazardous items are allowed inside the venue.
No refunds of exchanges on ticket purchases.

No outside food or beverages (including alcohol) to be brought in.

Dress code is casual.
Lost / Stolen Tickets - There is NO replacement of tickets for general admission shows.

Children Rules

All Ages welcome (unless otherwise stated on the ticket).
Everyone needs a ticket to enter. Ages 0-12 must be accompanied by an adult to enter.

Miscellaneous

Located in the Barefoot Landing area, near restaurants, bars, specialty stores, waterway cruises and more.

The Music Hall is mainly general admission/standing room. Loge seating overlooking the stage and dance floor includes cocktail service and is available at a slightly higher price through the box office only. There are 4 bars (3 downstairs, 1 upstairs) and also offers club food, such as Bayou Fritters, Chicken Tenders, Gator Bites, Voodoo Eggrolls, Pulled Pork and/or Angus Sliders and Assorted Sandwiches.

Band merchandise is available in the Music Hall on concert nights.


The Deck features Top 40 music throughout the summer months.

Guests can enjoy dinner before the concert at the Restaurant & Bar (located on the property).

Our Restaurant draws its inspirations from across the South. The menu includes iconic dishes such as New Orleans jambalaya and gumbo, Lowcountry shrimp and grits, house-smoked Carolina pulled-pork barbeque, Memphis-style baby back ribs, and Delta fried chicken. The menu also offers signature Southern-inspired recipes such as Voodoo Shrimp and Carolina Mess, as well as a wide range of burgers, sandwiches and salads. The House of Blues bar is dedicated to showcasing a unique blend of classic and contemporary specialty cocktails, spirits and craft beer.

Pass The Line:
Ticket holders who dine at the House of Blues Restaurant & Bar on the day of the show will be allowed to "Pass the Line" for the concert.

The House of Blues Company Store is open year-round. General Admission Tickets may be purchased in the Company Store 7 days a week from 9am-9pm during the summer months, when the main Box Office is closed.
