Directions

From the North:
Take I-95 or Florida's Turnpike South to Okeechobbee Blvd.
Take Okeechobee Blvd west to Sansbury's Way.
Turn left onto Sansbury's Way. Take Sansbury's
Way to Process Drive and make a right.
The amphitheatre will be on the left.

From the South:
Take I-95 or Florida's Turnpike North to Southern Blvd.
Take Southern Blvd west to Fairgrounds Road
and make a right at Gate 12. The amphitheatre
will be on the left.

From the East:
Take Southern Blvd west to Sansbury's Way.
Take Southern Blvd west to Fairgrounds Road and make a right.

Parking

Parking fee is show specific. Please check on line event info for specifics. Parking lots open approx. 3 hours prior to show. If you arrive earlier, you may be subject to an additional parking fee. Guaranteed Premier Parking can be purchased on line in advance . Prices vary by show. Premier Parking locations are available show days on a first-come, first served basis for $20 minimum, credit cards only. Follow signs to Gate 2A off Weisman Way. The accessible parking lot in located in lot 6, adjacent to the main gate. Please display the proper placard on your rearview mirror to assist our parking staff in directing you.

Accessible Seating

The amphitheatre is an accessible venue.

Interpretive Services: A sign language Interpreter is available. Please contact Operations Manager, by phone at (561) 795-8883 at least three (3) weeks prior to the designated event to make arrangements for this service.

Assisted Listening Devices: Assisted Listening Devices are available free of charge with a form of valid identification. Please visit our Guest Services Booth located in the North Plaza.

General Rules

All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).

Clear bag policy: To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12 in x 6 in x 12 in and/or small clutch bags (4.5 in x 6.5 in).

To reduce contact with customer belongings Outside Lawn Chairs are no longer permitted in this venue. Lawn chairs are available for rent at $10.00 each subject to availability.

If you have selected e-tickets as your method of delivery, please print out, or download your tickets before arriving at the venue.
Pictures and/or screenshots of any type of ticket will not be accepted.
There is a $5 reprint fee per ticket, if we are able to process.

Children Rules

For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. Guests must go to the Box Office to receive a pass for the child day of show only. All other children must have a ticket. For the comfort of our guests, iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre offers a no smoking, no alcohol Family Zone located at the bottom of the lawn.

Underage drinking is prohibited by law and minors in possession will be addressed aggressively by Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office, Florida ABT and iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre staff

Food and beverage. Credit cards are accepted at the permanent concession Stand; portable stands are cash only. ATM on site.

The amphitheatre offers a full selection of alcoholic beverages to our guests of who are of legal age. There is a 2 drink maximum per person at any onetime sale. Management reserves the right to decline sale of such beverage to a guest at any time.

For most shows -The Family Zone is an Alcohol and Tobacco Free area located at the front of the lawn seating area which offers a clear view of the show. You do not need a special ticket to access this area. A venue staff member will be at the entrance to this area and also patrol it to ensure that there are no fans with Alcohol or Tobacco throughout the event. The Family Zone is designed to give fans a comfortable and prime location to enjoy the show.
