What is the Country Megaticket?

The Country Megaticket is a four-show country music package featuring this summer's hottest country concerts at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater and San Manuel Amphitheatre. Purchasing one Megaticket gives you access to all four concerts in the package. The Megaticket Reserved Seat Package offers excellent Orchestra section seats to all four concerts as well as Preferred parking for (1) car and access for one to an exclusive Country Megaticket party area at each show. The General Admission Lawn Package offers a ticket to see all four concerts "under the stars" and general parking for (1) car.

When and Where do Megatickets go on sale?

Saturday, February 2nd at 10am at www.megaticket.com. They are only available for a limited time while supplies last. Quantities at each package level are limited and sold on a first come, first serve basis. Megaticket packages cannot be purchased directly from the venue box office.

Pricing Per Package?

The prices shown are the prices for one ticket to each of the four shows included in the Megaticket Package.

The Reserved Seat Package is priced at $599.00 plus applicable service charges.

The General Admission Lawn Package is priced at $125.00 plus applicable service charges.

How many can I order?

There is a limit of six (6) Megaticket Packages per person. Multiple separate orders received from the same person that take you over the 6 package limit will be voided without notice. The limit is in place so that the system is fair and more people are able to participate.

Is there a presale for past Megaticket holders?

Yes - it runs Tuesday, January 29 at 10am through Friday, February 1 at 10pm. You will need the presale password which was emailed to all customers who purchased a country show ticket in 2012. If you did not receive this email, please click on the FAQ button at the top of this page for more information on how to obtain the password. Can I order tickets even if I don't have internet access?

Yes. You can call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 and someone will be glad to take your order via phone.

How do I place Handicap Accessible orders?

On-line purchasers, please click on the accessible button at the right of the order page. You will be directed to fill in some information and a ticket representative will contact you regarding the order. To purchase by phone, call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000.

What if my friend and I both want to sit together but want to order separately?

Please combine them into one order on one credit card. Orders that come in separately cannot be guaranteed seating together.

Can I choose my seat location?

You may choose your package level. Orders are filled on a "best available" basis within any package level. You will see your seat locations prior to finalizing the sale.

Will I be given my exact seat locations before I am charged?

No, however Reserved Seat Megatickets will all be excellent seats in our first seating area - the Orchestra section.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

I am having a problem with my credit card.

Please call your card-issuing bank to resolve problems with your card. We are not able to process a card that is being declined. If you do not see a confirmation code, you have not been charged.

How do I know if my order was received?

You will receive a confirmation email and an on screen confirmation number after your order is completed. Save your order number in case you need it in the future. If you do not find your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Bulk Mail folder as some ISP's may automatically file our emails into this folder.

Will I receive my Megatickets in the mail at the same time?

Most likely, but not necessarily. You will receive your tickets in advance of the concert date. If you have not received your Megatickets two weeks in advance of the first show, please contact Live Nation Ticketing via email at VWATicketingAsst@LiveNation.com.

What do I do if I have a question about my order?

Country Megaticket Party Area - What's that?

There will be a special Country Megaticket party area at each venue with private food service, games, and a private (cash) bar exclusively for Country Megaticket Reserved Seat patrons. Each Country Megaticket Reserved Seat ticket purchased allows you admission for 1 patron to the party area. Simply show your individual show ticket upon arrival to the Party Host for admission.

Preferred Parking - What's that?

This is the special parking lot located at each of the Amphitheatres. Preferred Parking is included with the Reserved Seat Megaticket packages only.

• If you order 1 or 2 Reserved Seat Megatickets you will receive 1 Preferred Parking Pass per show.
• If you order 3 or 4 Reserved Seat Megatickets you will receive 2 Preferred Parking Pass per show.
• If you order 5 or 6 Reserved Seat Megatickets you will receive 3 Preferred Parking Passes per show.
