What is the Country Megaticket?

The Sleep Train Amphitheatre Country Megaticket is a five-show country music package featuring this summer's hottest country concerts at Sleep Train Amphitheatre. Purchasing one Megaticket gives you access to all five concerts in the package. The Premium Package offers the same great seat to all five concerts as well as Preferred (West lot) parking for (1) car and access for one to the Country Megaticket Lounge at each show. The General Admission Lawn Package offers a ticket to see all five concerts "under the stars" and general parking for (1) car.

When and Where do Megatickets go on sale?

Saturday, January 26th at 10am at www.megaticket.com. They are only available for a limited time while supplies last. Quantities at each package level are limited and sold on a first come first serve basis. Megaticket packages cannot be purchased directly from the venue box office.

Pricing Per Package?

The prices shown are the prices for one ticket to each of the five shows included in the Megaticket Package.

The Premium Package is priced at $650.00 plus applicable service charges.

The General Admission Lawn Package is priced at $155.00 plus applicable service charges.

How many can I order?

There is a limit of six (6) Megaticket Packages per person. Multiple separate orders received from the same person that take you over the 6 package limit will be voided without notice. The limit is in place so that the system is fair and more people are able to participate.

Is there a presale for past Megaticket holders?

Yes. A postcard and an email were sent out to last year's purchasers with the link and password. Pre-sale orders will be accepted beginning Tuesday, January 22nd at 10am, with the password.

I did not receive my postcard or email, what do I do?

If you did not receive your postcard or email please call our office at 619.671.3608 to receive your password information.

Can I order tickets even if I don't have internet access?

Yes. You can call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 and someone will be glad to take your order via phone.

How do I place Handicap Accessible orders?

On-line purchasers, please click on the accessible button at the right of the order page. You will be directed to fill in some information and a ticket representative will contact you regarding the order. To purchase by phone, call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000.

What if my friend and I both want to sit together but want to order separately?

Please combine them into one order on one credit card. Orders that come in separately cannot be guaranteed seating together.

Can I choose my seat location?

You may choose your package level. Orders are filled on a "best available" basis within any package level. You will see your seat locations prior to finalizing the sale.

Will I be given my exact seat locations before I am charged?

Yes, unless you are purchasing a Lawn Package which is general admission.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

I am having a problem with my credit card.

Please call your card-issuing bank to resolve problems with your card. We are not able to process a card that is being declined. If you do not see a confirmation code, you have not been charged.

How do I know if my order was received?

You will receive a confirmation email and an on screen confirmation number after your order is completed. Save your order number in case you need it in the future. If you do not find your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Bulk Mail folder as some ISP's may automatically file our emails into this folder.

Will I receive my Megatickets in the mail at the same time?

Tickets for each show will be mailed separately within 2 weeks from the date each individual concert goes on sale to the general public. If you have not received your Megatickets two weeks in advance of the first show, please contact Live Nation Ticketing via email at SDTicketing.Asst@LiveNation.com.

Country Megaticket Lounge - What's that?

There will be a special Country Megaticket Lounge area with food service, (cash) bar, and restrooms for Country Megaticket Premium patrons. Each Country Megaticket Premium ticket purchased allows you admission for 1 patron to the Lounge. Simply show your individual show ticket upon arrival to the Lounge Host for admission.

Preferred Lot Parking - What is that?

This is the special parking lot located on the West (main) side of the Amphitheatre. Preferred Parking is included with the Premium Level Megaticket packages only.

• If you order 1 or 2 Premium Level Megatickets you will receive 1 Preferred Parking Pass per show.
• If you order 3 or 4 Premium Level Megatickets you will receive 2 Preferred Parking Pass per show.
• If you order 5 or 6 Premium Level Megatickets you will receive 3 Preferred Parking Passes per show.
